Background

Little kids sure do love smashing stuff. We received a few of those "dino egg" and gem mining gifts for a birthday one year and the hammers they come with are nerfed to the max. Not wanting to give them a "real" hammer, I designed and printed this one. Prints as two pieces and you have to take care with the orientation so you don't get delamination after repeated use. The handle has a flat part that you can align to the print bed. The head you print with the hole facing up. The two parts press fit together.
